Nevada Winery Law Update

Beginning on October 1, 2023, all Nevada wineries will have the ability to open up one additional location to sell wine at retail or serve by the glass pursuant to Senate Bill 259.

This comes with one caveat, if less than 25% of the wine is produced, aged, or blended from fruit grown or honey produced in Nevada, the winery may only sell 2,000 or less cases of wine and 150 or less barrels of cider per year. This limit is shared between the winery and additional location.

Wineries that source their ingredients locally are not limited in the amount of wine they may sell, so remember to buy Nevadan!
