Nevada Bars to Remain Closed

On August 20th, the Nevada COVID-19 Mitigation and Management Task Force approved action plans requiring certain liquor licensees to remain closed or otherwise restricted. Notably, the Task Force extended the closures of bars, pubs, taverns, breweries, distilleries, and wineries in Elko, Washoe, and Clark Counties.

Bars in Nye County outside the town of Pahrump may re-open. However, Nye County officials may re-close bars if the number of cases of the virus increases.

Additional information is available from the State of Nevada.
