Las Vegas Brewery Row – Waiver of Liquor License Application

The City of Las Vegas is continuing to incentivize its burgeoning “Brewery Row,” located primarily within its downtown Arts District, by waiving the City’s $5,000 application fee associated with obtaining a liquor license. There are now six breweries and taprooms along with many restaurants, art galleries, other nightlife activities, and more in Brewery Row.

This waiver will cover breweries, distilleries, wineries, and liquor manufacturers opening a business in Brewery Row. However, these retailers may elect for a full liquor license to offer a wider selection and improve their bottom line without needing to pay the application fee. The City hopes this waiver will continue Brewery Row’s momentum and alleviate some of the burden in this capital-intensive industry.
