Former Nevada Senate Majority Leader Michael Roberson leads the firm’s Election and Political Law Practice. Mr. Roberson also practices in the areas of Administrative and Regulatory Law, Government Affairs, and Litigation and Appeals. As a current Commissioner of the Uniform Law Commission, former Nevada legislative leader, and a veteran of dozens of political campaigns and ballot initiatives, Mr. Roberson’s practice is focused on the nexus between politics and law.
Michael Roberson’s Election and Political Law Practice offers counsel to individuals and organizations engaging in the world of politics and public policy, including political candidates and parties, elected and other public officials, legislative caucuses, PACs, and ballot advocacy groups, trade associations, business and labor organizations, social welfare organizations, campaign consultants and vendors.
