Joel Schwarz brings over two decades of legal experience to his role as a lawyer for Saltzman Mugan Dushoff. For years, Joel has especially excelled in complex business and commercial litigation, a testament to his tenacity and resolve in the courtroom.

Throughout his career, Joel has developed extensive experience across multiple practice areas, including complex commercial litigation, catastrophic torts, intellectual property disputes, and bankruptcy proceedings. He is also well-versed in financial services litigation, having represented leading banks and institutional lenders in cases involving creditor’s rights, loan enforcement, foreclosure proceedings, and post-judgment remedies. His strategic approach and dedication have made him a trusted advocate in both State and Federal courts.

Joel’s credentials reflect his depth of experience. He is admitted to practice in all State and Federal courts in Nevada, including the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada, and holds admissions to the Ninth and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal. His trial experience spans bench and jury trials, showcasing his ability to deliver results in high-stakes cases.

When he’s not in the courtroom, Joel embraces life’s adventures with his family. A passionate traveler, he discovered a love for camping in 2020. Together with his family, Joel explores the breathtaking landscapes and hidden gems of the Southwest with his trusty travel trailer.
