Brianna Dougherty

Brianna Dougherty practices primarily in the areas of corporate law, commercial litigation, and business licensing matters.

Ms. Dougherty received both her Bachelor of Science, Magna Cum Laude, in Corporate Finance and Accounting with a minor in History and her Master of Science in Finance, Distinction, from Bentley University in Waltham, MA. She received her Juris Doctor degree, Cum Laude, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law.

While in law school, Ms. Dougherty was Managing Editor for the UNLV Gaming Law Journal, served as an extern for the US Attorney’s Office, District of Nevada in their criminal division, and served as a certified student attorney in the inaugural Survivor Representation and Advocacy Clinic which helped survivors of domestic violence throughout the litigation process to receive protection orders.
